Awe and Wonder Workshop

This 90-minute facilitated workshop will engage participants to discuss the advantages of awe and wonder, observe past experiences and brainstorm ways to bring awe and wonder into daily life. The event will wrap up with reflective learning tools and goal setting to track the influence of wonder and awe on personal growth. Join us to reconnect with the associated feelings and ideas of awe to identify ways of enhancing positive thinking in your own life.
