Course Details
- Why is the content of this course important? Mindfulness is a proven tool for improving mental and physical well-being. It’s especially effective at reducing stress and reactivity, helping you create a “pause button” between life’s challenges and your response.
- Goals for the learner: You will gain a clear understanding of what mindfulness is and how it works, the ability to practice mindfulness independently, and establish a foundation to build a daily mindfulness routine.
- Type of learner: Anyone ready to explore simple, effective ways to reduce stress and improve their quality of life.
- Course logistics: 5 lessons, spaced 3 days to 1 week apart, one hour or less per lesson, with suggested daily practices in between.
