Module summary: Despite unprecedented wealth and technological advances, depression and loneliness are prevalent in modern society. In this module, you learn about the science of wellbeing, positive psychology, and how to create a satisfying and rewarding life. This 7 lesson series is designed to be completed as a weekly, 1-hour lesson followed by practice and experiential learning each day between lessons.
Why is the content of this module important? Life is hard and it doesn’t always have to feel that way. The Happiness 101 module helps you learn how to create greater satisfaction by integrating wellbeing practices into your life.
