Nurture Nature
In this course, you will learn about and experience how to deepen your connection to nature, animals, self, and others; grow your resilience in these challenging times; cultivate empathy and acceptance of self and all species; develop community and relationships; and foster your loving animal nature. You will also utilize practical exercises that can augment your advocacy, justice work, community formation, personal transformation, and compassionate care of individuals of all species.

Summary: In this course, you will learn about and experience how to deepen your connection to nature, animals, self, and others; grow your resilience in these challenging times; cultivate empathy and acceptance of self and all species; develop community and relationships; and foster your loving animal nature. You will also utilize practical exercises that can augment your advocacy, justice work, community formation, personal transformation, and compassionate care of individuals of all species.

Why is the content important? These lessons will help you mourn, learn, and have sufficient focus and wisdom to build a new way, even as the old way crumbles around us.
Type of Learner: Adult
Course Logistics:
1-2 hours per guide per week, including nature walks and other activities. As well as 15-30 mins at least 3 days a week of practice in between.
