Reflection Before Action: Relationship Wellbeing
Life is complicated, especially when it comes to dealing with our own and others’ emotions. This introductory course is designed to help you learn to create a healthy and rewarding relationship with yourself and others through knowledge and skill development. Prepare to act and create new behaviors that will open possibilities for you and those around you.
Course Details
Course Logistics: This course is divided into ten one-hour sessions. We suggest that you take them at one-week intervals, with daily, 10-minute skill development reflections. However, throughout the first lessons you will create a schedule that works for your life and situation. We encourage you to stick to your schedule as regularly as possible to support your new behaviors, develop new skills, and uphold your relationship wellbeing journey.
